Retractable Rangehoods

Retractable or Slide-out rangehoods are fixed to the kitchen cabinets behind the kitchen doors as so are partially concealed. The sliding extension serves to deflect steam and smoke towards the rear of the hood where these are extracted from the coking surface. The slider also acts as a switch to turn on the fan and the light. Slide-out hoods can operate as a recirculating ( blowing air back into the kitchen) or ducted ( to the outside ) models.
