Do you have a showroom where I can view products?

What are the warranties on the items you sell online?
All items sold on-line are backed by manufacturer warranties. We only deal with reputable suppliers. If you have purchased an item and you find an issue with your product, please contact us. We are more than happy to assist in resolving any issues with your purchased item.

How come your items are so cheap. Are you selling seconds?
We offer very competitive pricing for all customers. We do not, and have never sold seconds or damaged items. We only buy direct from the manufacturers like Caroma, Methven, Electrolux. Our low pricing comes from being very efficient in our systems used, and negotiating the best possible prices for our customers.

How much does it cost to delivery this item?
Simply add your selected items to the shopping cart. There is a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page from which we can provide a cost for all items in your cart.

You ship using only three Carriers. Can I request a different Carrier than ones shown online?
We are more than happy to discuss your delivery requirements. If you have a preferred carrier, we are more than happy to work with you in regards to your delivery requirements. We show only our best and most affordable options for your delivery area. If you have special requirements please just call or contact us to discuss.

Shipping and Delivery

Should I leave delivery instructions?
We advise you to leave delivery instructions as your order may be delivered unexpectedly. Our carriers will follow your delivery instructions. If you expect delivery when you’re not home, it is a good idea to select an area for delivery that is not visible from the road to ensure your order is hidden and waiting for you when you get home.

Do your shipping carriers call prior to delivery?
We use a number of carriers for delivery. We do this to ensure you get the best possible service at the best possible price. When goods are despatched from our warehouse, a tracking number is issued via email to our customers. This can be used to track the delivery progress by the carrier. Unfortunately, our courier companies do not call prior to delivery.

How do I calculate shipping on my order?
A shipping calculator is provided when reviewing your shopping cart contents. Simply enter your state and postcode to receive a shipping quote. If your order is substantial you may email for a shipping quote.

Which states do you ship hot water services and baths to?
Unfortunately we do not ship hot water services or baths outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area at this time. We are working to allow shipping of these items interstate.

Which states do you ship to?
We ship to all states and territories in Australia. Unfortunately we do not currently ship baths or hot water services outside of New South Wales.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be packed and/or wrapped securely by our warehouse staff to minimise any chance of damage or breakage to your item during transport. All orders are checked for damage prior to packaging.

How can I speed up the shipping of my order?
To reduce the time taken to pack and ship your order, please ensure that all of your personal and shipping details are filled out correctly. This will reduce any delays in contacting you to confirm the information submitted.

Do you offer insurance on shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping insurance which is available in the checkout. We strongly recommend you take out shipping insurance. If your order is damaged during transit and you have not purchased shipping insurance, we will not be held responsible.

My product arrived damaged or broken, what do I do?
In the event that any damages and breakages occur during transport, you should contact us immediately.

What is the time period for returns?
We do not accept returns on products after 30 days, unless there is a clear defect with the product. We do not accept returns on products that have been installed inccorectly or not installed in accordance with the installation and care instructions provided with the product. More information is available in our terms and conditions.

Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse. Please confirm when buying your product that you wish to pick up by selecting the pickup from warehouse option under the shipping methods. Our sales staff will contact you when your order is available for pickup. Please allow at least 1 - 2 days to be contacted as order volumes may slightly prolong your ability to pick up. Should you require urgent pickup please contact our sales staff as soon as possible. You can find our location here.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most forms of payments, these include: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and direct deposit. We do not accept cheques or money order transfers.

Do you store my credit card details?
No, information relating to your credit card is not stored by us in any format. This information is stored securely with the banking partners at external locations and is not accessible by us.
Ordering and Quotes

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we accept orders made over the phone. We require payment with all orders made via telephone as would be the case with all orders placed on our online store. No credit card information is kept by us.

Will you provide me with a quote for a large order?
Should you be renovating or building a home or undertaking a project and wish to place a large order, you may request a quote. Please note that quotes will only be provided on substantial orders.
Toilet and Cisterns

How do I know whether my toilet is a “P-trap” or an “S-trap”?
To identify what type of trap your toilet is, first check the back of the toilet to see whether the outlet passes through the wall or through the floor. If the waste of your toilet passes through the wall, your toilet is a “P-trap”. If the waste of your toilet passes through the floor, your toilet is an “S-trap”.
Care Products

What products can be used for CARE type Installations?
To ensure the bathroom is accessible for people with disabilities, Care products need to comply with the Australian Standard AS1428.1-2009 Design for access and mobility.
Kitchen Sinks

What are the dimensions of sink accessories?
There are a number of accessories that come as part of many sink packages. Unfortunately we are unable to give the dimensions of all the accessories as the information is not provided to us from our suppliers. We will do our best to assist you.

Can a Sink have a Filter Tap Hole added?
Most Clark sinks can have an additional filter tap hole punched. This is a special order and non-returnable item.
Clothes Lines

Are the 6 lines attached to the end piece or do I have to attach them myself?
For the Retractable clotheslines the lines are already attached. The cabinet is ready for mounting and use.
Basins

Do Caroma Basins Incude Wastes?
Most Basins sold by Caroma include a plug & waste. Please note that it will be either a standard white plug and waste or a chrome with white plug. Please refer to the Caroma website for latest information.
Cooktops

Can I retrofit a gas cooktop with Flame Failure
It is not possible to add to an existing cook-top flame failure. This feature is integrated into the cook-top at point of manufacture.
Laundry Tubs

I would like to have a floor inside the Laundry Tub.
For Clark laundry tubs, it is state requirement to have a floor inside the tub. This requirement is applicable for the following states: QLD VIC WA NSW Does not require a floor in the tub. However if you would like to have a floor in your tub. Please add a comment to your order requesting the floor be added.
