International

  • We offer shipping internationally. In order to obtain a quote for shipping outside Australia, please contact our customer service team. International shipping quotes are obtained directly via our shipping partners online customer portals and may be subject to change once given. Should you arrange your own method of international shipment, we will not be held liable for any breakages during and after transit. All international sales are subject to these terms and conditions and Australian Consumer Law.

Check items when Delivered

  • It is important that all items are checked immediately and that you notify us within 48 hours if an item is damaged or missing parts, we cannot accept a claim for damage or missing parts outside of this timeframe.

Delivery Fees

  • All quoted delivery fees are for a single delivery only.  Your request for multiple deliveries can be arranged with our team at additional cost to you. If our team offers you an additional delivery to provide you with an additional level of customer service you will not be charged.

 Delivery assistance for Large & Heavy items

  • To provide our customers with the most economical deliveries possible our delivery vehicles only have one driver.  Our deliveries are based on a door to door service, that is to a flat driveway or kerb. Our charge for delivery is based on your agreement to assist with or organise other capable persons to assist with the unloading of large or heavy items. 
  • A redelivery fee may apply if the driver cannot unload when they arrive at site and need to redeliver.


Delivery Times and Tracking

  • The delivery times provided on our website are based on the average time to dispatch. They’re quoted in 'Business Days' and are based off our delivery partner’s estimates where available.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive notification of the carrier and a consignment note number. As we carry a large range of many thousands of products in stock with stock being resupplied daily. There is the odd occasion that a product may not be in stock at the time you have purchased. Our customer service staff will advise you of any delays.


Change of Address

  • Should you require a change of delivery address or delivery date please contact us within 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. If you have not specified a delivery date, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Should you be unavailable to accept the delivery during the day, you may be charged a redelivery fee by our delivery partners. You may leave delivery instructions which will be passed onto our delivery drivers and partners. Neither we nor will our deliver partners be held liable for loss or damage suffered while carrying out your delivery instructions.


Delivery Dates

  • You may request a date for delivery, and we will endeavour to meet your delivery requirements. However, it is sometimes extremely difficult to ensure your delivery is received when requested due to matters out of our control. Should we be unable to satisfy your requested delivery date we will contact you as soon as possible. We take no responsibility for the failure to deliver by third party delivery services.


Authority to leave

  • You might indicate on your order, that you authorised product to be left without a signature. Please note you will assume responsibility for your order after it has been delivered by us or our delivery partners. We will not be held liable for damage or loss.
  • Feel free to leave us a brief message on your checkout screen with any requirements you may have e.g. Leave behind the gate etc. We will try to comply with your request. 


Shipping Insurance

  • We offer shipping insurance on all orders. This will cover your parcel for any loss or damage in transit.
  • Some claims may incur an excess and may vary depending on the underwriter. The maximum claim at any on conveyance is $50,000.
  • Notification must be provided within 25 days after the date of delivery. Notification outside this period will not be covered and no compensation will be given. Our underwriters require notification within 25 days of delivery or the right to claim is forfeited.
  • We will assist you in any claim you make and endeavor to ensure that any inconvenience as a result of damage or loss is minimized.

  • We partner with Australia Post who is committed to carbon-neutral parcel delivery, which is why we introduced our Climate Active certified Carbon Neutral Deliveries program. Since 2019, we've sent 200+ million parcels carbon neutral, which is the equivalent of taking 117,000 cars off the road – or roughly 280,000 tonnes of emissions.


Click & Collect - Customer Pick Ups

  • Once you’ve placed your order online, please wait to hear from us about your collection. We’ll send you an email or ring you once your items are ready to collect.
  • You may nominate someone else to pick up your order for you. Please add their First name, Last name and Mobile number to the ‘Pick-up details’ section during checkout. We’ll notify you and the nominated person when your order is ready to pick-up.
