Centre to centre fixing is 1200mm; overall length is 1260mm which includes the outer Stays.

The manual Stays have a shorter extension past the front bar, that allows the clothes line to be installed at a lower height over a bench or laundry tub.

All Austral’s Fold Downs are manufactured using Australian milled, BlueScope ® Galvabond ® Tubular Steel to ensure strength and durability.
All Austral Fold Downs are supplied with pre-assembled side arms to make installation a breeze. Simply remove from the box and bolt directly into pre-drilled wall.
Austral Fold Downs may be reduced in length by shortening the front bar during installation. Whether you have a large or small space available, there is a Fold Down to suit your requirements.
Warranty Information

Product Warranty Summary
Frame 20 years from date of purchase the repair or replacement, in its discretion, of any part of the tubular frame that is broken or distorted as a direct result of rust. The "tubular frame" comprises the circular, square or rectangular hollow steel frame on powder coated or galvanised Product.
Components 12 months the repair or replacement, in its discretion, of any Product that fails to operate correctly due to faulty workmanship or defective materials. The "materials" includes the plastic components and cord.
